Being a coach is not a simple task. It’s not just about giving you a program and expecting you to succeed. My coaching purpose goes deeper — I strive to teach you as much as possible so that when you finish training with me you can integrate those lessons into your lifestyle. Most importantly, my goal is to help you achieve a healthy lifespan. No matter your specific goals, I aim to guide you toward longevity in the sport that you choose. While many people want to win and become the best, the reality is that most seek longevity and a healthy lifespan.
My purpose as a coach is to remind my clients of their long-term goals. During my own journey, I’ve had amazing coaches who not only helped me succeed but also shaped who I am today. However, there are a few coaches I’ll never forget — they truly taught me valuable lessons and set an example for me to follow. I strive to do the same for you by being a role model for a healthy lifestyle. Keeping you motivated all the time can be challenging. I believe that motivational words alone are not enough. Instead, I focus on giving you achievable goals in small, manageable steps. When you see your progress and experience success, it motivates you in a way that lasts — because you've earned it.
In addition, as a nutritionist, I ensure that you are fueling your body correctly to align with your goals. With your permission, I provide advice when necessary, such as hydration strategies, selecting the right carbs for training and individual needs, ensuring adequate protein intake, and prioritizing recovery. They are very important for optimizing performance and overall well-being.
